What makes Sage different from other Builders?

We’re not you’re typical dusty boots builders that will give you a price, start work and hand you a bill for double the figure a few weeks later.

We are professional Architects, Project Managers and Construction Managers that have extensive experience in delivering multi-million pound award winning buildings for client’s who are household names. And so we created Sage to combine that same level of service with our passion for creating beautiful homes.

What areas does Sage cover?

We work in Surrey, Kent and surrounding areas. Although please do feel free to contact us with your project location.

I have already hired an architect, will Sage build my project?

Yes, we are more than happy to build projects that have been designed by others. We have in house Design Management capabilities that can work with your design to team to get you project built.

Will I need to appoint anyone else if I work with Sage?

The short answer is no! We can can take care of everything. Our architect will design the project, we will directly appoint structural engineers and other required consultants. We will engage with the Planners and Building Control on your behalf. We will provide costs for all aspects of the construction and we provide the right team to build your project. This means you have one point of contact for the entire project.

How involved can I be as a client?

We’re here to do all the hard work, but you can still tell us how you want a design to look and feel and what you want the finishes to be. It entirely up to you. We can propose everything down to the kitchen cabinets and light switches, or you can tell us what you have in mind. We will always be flexible to how you want to be involved. If you want to get involved with the build, that’s also ok with us.

My budget is crucial, will Sage manage this for me?

We will work with your budget and make proposals to suit how much you wish to spend. We will provide cost appraisals at each stage of the design and a full breakdown prior to entering into construction. Should you wish to make any changes we will update you with all the relevant costs so that you can make informed decisions at every step of the process.
